Our first priority is SAFETY, safety of your community, safety of our students and ultimately safety of our families.

With that in mind @graciebarra brought together a team of health professionals, school owners, athletes and students to develop a comprehensive plan to help us all to return to our home schools resuming our physical classes as well as giving continuity the amazing virtual platform we incorporated to reach out to a much broader audience and to serve a far bigger portion of our population that for one reason or another didn’t have access to jiu-jitsu.

We are confident that by bringing the best practices and experts together finding the prefect tune between safety & functionality will help us to return to our normal actives and lives in a safe manner.

We will be following the CDC closely, as well as the health authorities and governamental guidelines.

Professor Carlos Lemos Jr is a 4th Degree Black Belt and began training at Gracie Barra in 1992. From the Blue Belt to the Black Belt he trained at GB Rio Matriz with Mestre Carlinhos.

From there, Professor traveled the world spreading the Jiu-Jitsu For Everyone mission.
